Jan. 2 update: Thanks to your generosity, children and families in need received a wonderful Christmas Dinner!
We disbursed $2,000 so our friends at New Hope could prepare a hot Christmas Dinner for 100 families. Our first goal was met!
How can you help now?
Our second goal is to raise another $3,000 to send100 families home with a Grocery Pack including a 20lb bag of maize flour, 10lbs of rice, 10lbs of beans, 5lbs of sugar, 5 liters of cooking oil, 1lb of salt and 2 bars of soap.

One of the families who made the effort to come to our food distribution event in July was a woman named Jane and her daughter Teddy. Jane is a single mother of three who was disabled. Teddy is about 11 and attends New Hope for Africa School. The bicycle is actually a wheelchair for Jane that Teddy helps push. Teddy's 18 year old sister, Sharon, is working to provide a modest income for the family. Your extra gift this holiday season will make a difference.
